- A cot and high chair is available at no extra charge.
- Hot water and Gas central heating when required is included in the price
- Electricity is paid by £1 coin meter.
- Towels and bed linen are included in price.

A £50 non-refundable deposit is due on booking, the balance is payable 4 weeks before arrival.
